[GUIDE] How to go from Oreo to Stock Nougat Oct 20, 2017

    Howdy!

    EDIT: This guide was originally made to revert from Beta Oreo to stock Nougat but the steps in this guide also work for Stock Oreo.

    Seems similar some of you are struggling to get back to Stock Nougat after trying Oreo Beta. This guide's job is to help yous in that procedure.

    Note: Please annotation that y'all volition lose your information after finishing this process. This is a mandatory step to get back to Stock Oxygen Bone. If you decide to stay with Nougat Open Beta you will simply lose partial data (The build will wipe app and cache information, only Internal Storage will exist saved (ie: pictures and files)).
    Disclaimer: I don't have a OnePlus 3 to test this guide with but these are the steps you lot need to take. In the event that something goes wrong, I'thousand not responsible for it.

    Files you'll need:

    • OnePlus three:
      • OnePlus 3 OBT 24 (Special build): Hither | Mirror: Here.
      • OnePlus three Stock iv.five.ane: Here | Mirror: Here.
    • OnePlus 3T:
      • OnePlus 3T OBT 15 (Special build): Hither | Mirror: Here.
      • OnePlus 3T Stock 4.five.1: Here | Mirror: Here.
    Instructions:
    1. Fill-in everything yous need. Y'all will lose information after this procedure is done.
    2. Download the files above for your OnePlus 3 / 3T. This are the official files directly from OnePlus.
    3. Re-create the two files to your phone's internal storage.
    4. Reboot your phone into recovery style. To practise this, close down your device and turn it back on while holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously.
      1. Cull "Install from Local"
      2. Install the Special build (O2N_OBT_15801_OXYGEN_SIGN_wipe.zip)
    5. Reboot. Afterward this step you'll be on Nougat Open Beta 24 / 15. You can choose to stay with this ROM or revert completely to stock Oxygen OS. Continue with the steps below to fully revert to Stock Oxygen Bone.
    6. Reboot your phone into recovery manner again.
      1. Cull "Install from Local"
      2. Install the Stock 4.five.1 for your OP3 / 3T (the other file).
      3. Select Wipe data and enshroud > Manufactory reset and tap: Yes".
    7. Reboot. At this signal your telephone will be fully wiped and on Stock iv.5.one. You'll need to go through the initial setup and redownload / copy files to your phone again.

    Well, at to the lowest degree until the Beta becomes stable plenty. From the looks of it, it's non there even so.

    And information technology's easier to make the thread than to say the aforementioned thing over and over again.
